Article 1. Enact the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About condominiums (condominiums)" from the moment of its publication.
Article 2. Determine that:
rates for content of common property on each specific house depending on technical condition before creation of condominium (condominium) are developed and approve the city, district public administrations, after creation of condominium (condominium) - condominium;
the funds raised from owners of placements on repair and recovery of apartment houses before creation of condominiums (condominiums) accumulate on separate accounts of housing and operational managements on each specific house according to standard rates and are transferred by them to the possession of condominiums (condominiums) in process of their education;
housing and operational sites (house managements) interact with condominium (condominium) only on contractual basis.
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
approve form of the passport of household;
develop and approve form of the charter of condominium (condominium) and procedure for the organization and registration of condominium (condominium);
prepare and submit for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the offer on reduction of legal acts in compliance with the specified law;
bring own decisions into accord with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About condominiums (condominiums)".
