2. To provide to chiefs of structural divisions of central office of FNS of Russia, heads (the acting as the head) of territorial tax authorities of FNS of Russia strict accomplishment of this Procedure.
3. Declare invalid the order of FNS of Russia of 06.10.2006 of N SAE-3-28/661 @ "About approval of Regulations of the direction in law enforcement agencies of information on the elicited facts of making by the government civil servants of the acts having essential elements of offense".
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of the Federal Tax Service K. V. Sedov.
