The official emblem of justice looks so: the woman in all growth blindfold, with scales in the right hand and with the lowered sword in the left hand against the background of the map of the Azerbaijan Republic, on the three-colored symbolical image of National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic.
The image is placed in circle which in the lower part of pedestal towards its top is surrounded with green branches of the oak symbolizing the hardness, firmness, tolerance, power and glory.
Over circle on gold background it is written - Azerbaijan Republic.
The woman on pedestal is represented in monochrome color. On gilded pedestal the word "Justice" is written.
The head of the woman is surrounded as if with beams of the sun.
On the back emblems on pedestal it is written - "1999".
