1. Approve "Procedure for maintaining and storage of magazines about quantity and condition of drugs and psychotropic substances" it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. All changes about quantity and condition of drugs and psychotropic substances are promptly noted in the special magazine (the form this in appendix to this Procedure).
2. Maintaining and storage of magazines about quantity and condition of drugs and psychotropic substances is performed by persons who got permission by sight of activities, connected with drug trafficking and psychotropic substances.
3. The numbered, made, sealed up magazines are sealed and affirm the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. Magazines are stored in the closed cases (safes) allocated for drugs and psychotropic substances.
5. The magazine about quantity and condition of drugs is stored by the responsible person within 5 (five) years, and the magazine about quantity and condition of psychotropic substances - during 1 (one).
