About approval of the list of the international and state organizations, foreign and Kazakhstan non-governmental public organizations and funds providing grants

For the purpose of implementation of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Approve the enclosed list of the international and state organizations, foreign and Kazakhstan non-governmental public organizations and funds providing grants (далееперечень).

2. Determine that the authorized body performing coordination of works on attraction and use of grants after holding the actions for determination of compliance of organization activity offered by the interested state bodies to inclusion in the list, requirements of the subitem 11) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) of December 10, 2008 in case of feasibility introduces in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan till February 20 annually the draft of the relevant decision about entering of amendments into the list.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009 and is subject to official publication.
