2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2002 No. 443 "About approval of the sizes of field allowance of workers, busy at exploration, land and prospecting works in field conditions, non-taxable" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 12, the Art. 117);

2) the subitem 2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 21, 2002 No. 935 "About entering of amendments into the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 12, 2000 No. 1384 and of April 17, 2002 No. 443" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 28, the Art. 313).
