About approval of the Regulations on the Conflict and consulting commission of bodies of the State Tax Service

For the purpose of improvement of quality of consideration of the claims arriving in tax authorities, and organizations of work in the field of informing taxpayers on tax questions I order:

1. Create in central office of the Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic and in managements and departments of taxes of the Ministry of taxes of the cities and areas the conflict and consulting commissions as a part of 5 - 7 people.

2. Approve Regulations on the Conflict and consulting commission of bodies of Tax Service it (is applied).

3. To appoint structure of the commissions from among highly qualified specialists.

4. Charge to heads of managements and departments of taxes of the Ministry of taxes of the cities and areas to submit within 10-day term in Management of tax policy and strategic researches of the offer on staff of the Conflict and consulting commission for approval of taxes by the Ministry.

5. Charge to Management of tax policy and strategic researches (A. Musayev):

* to submit within 10-day term to the minister of taxes the offer on staff of the Conflict and consulting commission of central office of the Ministry of taxes;

* exercise constant control behind the organization of work and activities of the conflict and consulting commissions of the Ministry of taxes;

* to systematically analyze the questions discussed at meetings of the commissions and to report on the minister of taxes on the done work.
