1. Approve the Procedure for putting down in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of apostille on the official documents issued by educational institutions, state bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations which concern education and science it (is applied).
2. To department of international cooperation and European integration (O. S. Sukholitky) to bring this order to permission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, departments of education and science of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, higher educational institutions, the companies, organizations and organizations which concerning education and sciences.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
