About the state support and features of functioning of the children's centers "Artek" and "Young Guard"

Article 1. Basic principles of the state support of the children's Centers "Artek" and "Young Guard"

1. The state provides support of the state companies "The international children's center "Artek" (further - the children's center "Artek") and "The Ukrainian children's center "Young Guard" (further - the children's center "Young Guard") as institutions of improvement and rest of children of nation-wide value by complete or partial implementation of financing of construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities at the expense of the general fund of the government budget of establishment of tax benefits, determination of features of legal regime of the property assigned to these children's centers on the right of economic maintaining, and the parcels of land provided to them in permanent use.

2. Funds for acquisition of permits in the children's centers "Artek" and "Young Guard" for improvement and rest of children are annually provided in the Government budget of Ukraine.

The state redeems 90% of permits of the children's centers "Artek" and "Young Guard". Other permits are implemented by the specified children's centers without involvement of the third parties.
