1. Approve the enclosed list of the objects which are subject to federal state environmental control.
2. Determine that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation approves lists of the specific objects of economic and other activity which are making negative impact on the environment and subject to federal state environmental control according to the list approved by this resolution.
3. In Item 5 of the Rules of implementation of the state control of environmental protection (the state environmental control) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 N 53 (Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 5, Art. 625), shall be replaced with words the words "of October 29, 2002 N 777" "of March 31, 2009 N 285".
4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2002 N 777 "About the list of the objects which are subject to federal state environmental control" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 44, the Art. 4390).
