The accreditation of the organization performed for the purpose of determination of capability of the organization to carry out assessment of vulnerability of objects in the field of specific mode of transport, and also road economy, is carried out by the federal executive bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation to perform functions on rendering the state services in the field of ensuring transport safety (further - competent authority).
