According to the subitem 8 of Item 10 of the Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services for public funds approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.10.2008 N 921 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for approval of application of bidding procedure of limited participation and procurement procedures at one participant who is applied.
2. Determine that decisions according to documents concerning approval of application of bidding procedure of the limited participation and procurement procedure at one participant given to the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine before entry into force this order are accepted by the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine according to the Procedure approved by this order after the introduction it in action.
3. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 05.11.2008 N 633 "About approval of the Procedure for approval of application of bidding procedure of limited participation and procurement procedures at one participant".
4. To department of public procurements:
provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgate this order on the website of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine and in the newsletter "The messenger of public procurements".
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
