About approval of the Claim treatment procedure, served participants until the conclusion of the purchase agreement
According to the subitem 8 of Item 10 of the Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services for public funds approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.10.2008 N 921 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Claim treatment procedure, served participants until the conclusion of the purchase agreement which is attached.
2. Determine that the decision by results of the complaints made by participants until entry into force of this order is accepted by Ministry of Economics according to the specified Procedure after the introduction it in force.
3. To provide to department of public procurements in the procedure established by the legislation provision on state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 05.11.2008 N 632 "About approval of the Claim treatment procedure, served participants until the conclusion of the purchase agreement".
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
