About procedure for use in 2009 of funds of the government budget which are allocated to producers of medicines for compensation of the additional expenses connected with change of rate of the excise duty on ethyl alcohol

According to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that use in 2009 of the means provided in the government budget to the Ministry of Health according to the "Compensation to Producers of the Additional Expenses Connected with Increase since January 1, 2004 in Excise Duty Rate on Ethyl Alcohol Which Is Used for Production of Medicines" program is performed according to Procedure for use in 2006 for funds of the government budget which are allocated to producers of medicines for compensation of the additional expenses connected with the change of rate of the excise duty on ethyl alcohol approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2006 N 275 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 11, by the Art. 713), taking into account the features determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 20, 2007 N 642 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, N 30, the Art. 1210).

2. Determine that compensation for the account of budgetary funds to producers of medicines of the additional expenses connected with increase in rate of the excise duty on ethyl alcohol which is used for production of medicines in 2009 is performed for the alcohol received by them from January 1, 2008 to March 27, 2009 and used for purpose during 2008 and 2009.
