1. Approve forms of tax calculations:

collection for special water use regarding water use, including water use by thermal power plants with direct-flow system of water consumption, and use of the surface and underground water which is part of drinks;

collection for special water use regarding use of water for requirements of hydropower;

collection for special water use regarding use of surface water for requirements of water transport (except the parking, office and auxiliary and towing fleet) which are applied.

2. To department of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanivskaya N. V.):

2.1. Submit this order on approval to Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning tax and customs policy;

2.2. After approval of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning tax and customs policy to submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure for state registration.
