About measures for price stabilization for provision of services and lease of trade rooms (areas) in shopping facilities, in the markets selling food and nonfoods in the conditions of financial and economic crisis

For the purpose of price stabilization in the consumer market and strengthenings of fight against exclusive manifestations in the conditions of financial and economic crisis and according to articles 4 and 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the prices and pricing" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. The paragraph of the twenty eighth of Item 12 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 N 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils on price regulation (rates)" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 21, Art. 596; Оф, the c, yniya in, drooped Ukrakhni, 2002, N 11, of the Art. 511, N 52, of Art. 2396; 2004, N 52, Art. 3452; 2005, N 17, Art. 903; 2006, N 20, Art. 1463; 2007, N 46, Art. 1882, N 73, Art. 2718; 2008, N 25, 795) to state the Art. in the following edition:

"the extreme sizes of service fee which are provided in shopping facilities, in the markets selling food and nonfoods; limits of the prices, standard rates of profitability (at a rate of not more than 20 percent) for provision in lease of trade rooms (areas), trade and technological and/or refrigeration equipment in shopping facilities, in the markets selling food and nonfoods;".

2. Approve the Approximate lease agreement of the trade place which is attached.

Recommend to subjects of housekeeping which provide in lease trade places in the markets selling food and nonfoods, to sign the relevant agreements with lessees.
