3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kusainov M. A.
4. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2004 No. 143 "About approval of Rules of development and consideration of financial and economic reasons for budget investments by means of participation in the authorized capital of legal entities" (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 3185).
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
