For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States "About establishment of single time for removal of indications from metering devices of the electrical energy moved on interstate power lines in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States" made in the city of Minsk on November 24, 2006 and establishment of single time for removal of indications from metering devices of electrical energy, for the purposes of commercial accounting of the electric power in single electric utility system of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish since January 1, 2008 Central European time (time of meridian of Greenwich plus one hour) as single time for removal of indications from metering devices of electrical energy, for the purposes of commercial accounting of the electric power in single electric utility system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies till February 15, 2008 to bring into accord with this resolution earlier adopted regulatory legal acts.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
