1. Establish the gas price according to the bargains concluded by KazRosGaz limited liability partnership with Gazprom open joint stock company and/or its authorized organization for ensuring domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan with gas in 2009-2011 by counter deliveries of equal amount of the Central Asian and Russian gas to the processed gas of the Karachaganak field - 85 US dollars for 1000 cubic meters.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
