About movement of ethyl alcohol on the territory of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of ensuring economic safety of the Russian Federation and increase in reliability of control of movement of ethyl alcohol on the territory of the country the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that:

movement (transit, delivery from the check point to customs authority of appointment) ethyl alcohol (codes according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 2207 10 000 0, 2207 20 000 0, 2208 90 910 0, 2208 90 990 0) on customs area of the Russian Federation it is performed only by rail;

import of ethyl alcohol to customs area of the Russian Federation is made only by railway or sea transport, including courts of the swimming mixed ("river sea"), through check points according to the list according to appendix

2. Movement routes on the territory of the Russian Federation of ethyl alcohol are established by the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation and the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that movement of ethyl alcohol by en route along the established routes is condition of customs regime of transit of goods.

4. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation the organization of maintenance of the ethyl alcohol moved through customs area of the Russian Federation according to customs regime of transit of goods and control of delivery of ethyl alcohol in customs authority of appointment.

5. The ethyl alcohol found out of the movement routes established by customs authorities is considered being in illicit trafficking and is withdrawn according to established procedure.
