1. This procedure for determination of total cost of the exported precious metals and gemstones is developed according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 21, 2001 N 742 "About procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of precious metals and gemstones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 26, the Art. 2653) for the purpose of ensuring the state control of efficiency of realization of the precious metals and gemstones which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. Determination of total cost of precious metals and gemstones is performed proceeding from the prices provided in price lists for gemstones and the prices of the world market of precious metals.
3. On the gemstones extracted and processed in the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the price lists of the prices similar acting in the world market get a foothold.
