For the purpose of ensuring stable and steady activities of banks and maintenance of the capital base necessary for covering of bank risks, according to article 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and articles 11 and 39-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides strengthenings of reliability and safety of bank system, and also expansion of possibility of crediting of real production sector:
1. Establish the economic standard rate by the minimum size of the capital (own means) for banks, branches of nonresident banks (further - banks) since December 31, 2010 in the amount of at least 200 million som.
