Declare invalid the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2005 No. 82 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out customs control of amounts of the alcoholic beverages moved in dining-cars, compartment buffets, compartment bars of the trains performing the international flights" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 193, 8/13508).
3. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of officials of customs.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Goshin V. A.
