For the purpose of further enhancement of operational and service activity of customs authorities of the Russian Federation and in pursuance of orders of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 26.01.2001 N 90 "About approval of the Regulations on Management of customs investigations and inquiry" and of 26.03.2001 N 312 "About Approval of the Regulations on Head Department on Fight against Smuggling" chipboards I order:

Litovchenko), regional customs authorities to bring regulations on operational customs into accord to standard regulations on operational customs and to approve them by orders of the State Customs Committee of Russia in two-month time from the date of the publication of this order.
4. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 07.09.2000 N 815 "About approval of the Standard regulations on operational customs".
5. To exercise control of execution of this order to the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia B. M. Gutin.
