Some questions of payment of lease of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that till January 1, 2011 the rental rates determined in appendix 2 to the Calculation procedure and procedure for use of the hire charge of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 1995 N 786 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 2, Art. 57), except the rates determined by Items 1-3 of noted appendix are applied in the amount of 45 percent of the established amount.

(On partial change of Item 1 to determine that since July 1, 2010 the rental rates noted in Item 1, are applied in the amount of 45 percent of the established amount to lessees - small business entities and 80 percent of the established amount - to other lessees in compliance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 440 of 16.06.2010)

2. For carrying out payment under current agreements of lease of the state-owned real estate which concluded before entry into force of this resolution, the rental rate determined according to Item 1 of this resolution is applied.

3. To fund of state-owned property together with the Ministry of Finance to make offers concerning refining of indicators of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009 taking into account this resolution in a month.
