recognizing need of timely exchange of the preliminary information about the goods and vehicles moved through customs borders of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the purpose of prevention of violations of the customs legislation of the states of the Parties, and also enhancement and acceleration of customs clearance and customs control,

believing that efforts on prevention of violations of the customs legislation of the states of the Parties, and also on ensuring exact charge of customs duties, taxes and other payments levied during the importing or commodity exportation can become more effective thanks to cooperation of Customs Services of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties according to the legislation of the states of the Parties will organize exchange of the preliminary information about the goods and vehicles moved through customs borders of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
