About measures for enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property

For the purpose of further streamlining of transfer to lease of state-owned property the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the centers of lease of state-owned property in the form of the state unitary enterprises under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, territorial administrations of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in areas and Tashkent (further - the centers).

2. Determine that the main objectives of the created centers are:

organization and transfer to lease of state-owned property;

accounting and monitoring of the state-owned property provided in lease and the means arriving from its lease;

forming and maintaining databases on the state-owned property which is subject to transfer to lease;

control of target use and safety of objects of lease, and also timeliness and completeness of introduction of the rent;

carrying out on quarterly basis of inventory count of the state-owned property leased;

placement of announcements of provision in lease of not used state-owned property and the list of the state-owned property leased in periodicals and on Goskomkonkurention's websites and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Establish procedure according to which:

the state-owned property is provided in lease to legal entities and physical persons through the centers, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation;
