Rules of establishment of terms of conversion of the goods exceeding 2 years concerning arms and military equipment

1. These rules determine procedure for establishment of terms of conversion of the goods exceeding 2 years concerning arms and the military equipment made in the territory of the Russian Federation and delivered to foreign customers by the Russian subjects of military and technical cooperation or made in the territory of the former USSR which are imported on customs area of the Russian Federation for repair, including for recovery, replacement of components, recovery of consumer properties (далеетовар), in case of application of customs regime of conversion on customs area of the Russian Federation.

2. In these rules the concepts "arms and military equipment" and "subjects of military and technical cooperation" of the values determined by the legislation on military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states are applied.

Other concepts used in these rules have the values determined by the customs legislation of the Russian Federation.
