About additional measures for support of the labor market of the Russian Federation

1. According to part 6 of article 25 of the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2009 and for Planning Period of 2010 and 2011" to direct the budgetary appropriations provided on implementation of measures for support of the labor market in 2009 to provision of additional subventions to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and Baikonur on implementation of delegated powers of the Russian Federation in the field of assistance of employment of the population in the amount of 33951618, 8 thousand rubles.

2. Determine that:

a) the subventions specified in Item 1 of this resolution are provided according to the Rules of provision of subventions from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of delegated powers of the Russian Federation in the field of assistance of employment of the population approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 22, 2007 N 36, and are used by subjects of the Russian Federation and Baikonur on implementation of social payments to the citizens recognized in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed and on implementation of actions on carrying out active policy in the field of assistance of employment of the population;

b) the subvention which is not distributed between subjects of the Russian Federation shall not exceed 5 percent of total amount of the subventions provided by the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2009 and for Planning Period of 2010 and 2011" and this resolution on implementation of delegated powers of the Russian Federation in the field of assistance of employment of the population.
