1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for application of the special simplified procedures of customs clearance (further - the Procedure).

2. Determine that in case of application of the special simplified procedures of customs clearance given according to the procedure the provisions of regulatory legal acts in the field of customs affairs limiting the places of declaring of separate goods established according to subitems 2 and 3 of Item 2 of Article 125 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation, and also limiting competence of customs authorities according to Article 402 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation are not applied.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the secretary of state - the deputy manager of FCS of Russia S. O. Shokhin.

This order becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
