yours faithfully remembering historical customs and traditions of the people, considering what Nowruz Bayrams is symbol of wellbeing, happiness, tranquility, supporting the initiative of Fund of Heydar Aliyev who is guided by the principles of humanity and mercy, propagandizing national values, decides to announce the following amnesty:

I. The group of people to which amnesty is applied

1. Taking into account restriction, stipulated in Item 7 these Resolutions to exempt from the imposed penalties of the following convicts:

1.1. women and men whose unexpired part of punishment in the form of imprisonment for certain term to the introduction of this Resolution in force does not exceed respectively one year and six months;

1.2. persons whose unexpired part of punishment in the form of content in military unit of disciplinary nature to the introduction of this Resolution in force does not exceed six months;

1.3. women and men whose unexpired part of punishment in the form of restriction of freedom to the introduction of this Resolution in force does not exceed respectively two years and one year;

1.4. persons serving sentence in the form of restriction on military service;

1.5. persons serving sentence in the form of corrective works;

1.6. persons serving sentence in the form of social jobs;
