Federal aviation rules on unification of conditions of aviation activities of aviation personnel of the state aircraft

I. General provisions

1. These Federal aviation rules determine order of interaction between the federal executive bodies and the organizations having divisions of the state aircraft for the organization of check and the admission to flights (management of flights) of aviation personnel of the state aircraft, organization of additional professional training of aviation personnel of the state aircraft by unification of conditions of aviation activities of aviation personnel of the state aircraft (further hereinafter are referred to as - Rules).

2.
