About some questions of issue of work permits to the foreign citizens who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa

1. To chiefs of territorial authorities of FMS of Russia:

1.1. In case of issue of work permits to foreign citizens to be guided, including, provisions of Items 1 and 5 of article 5 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 N 115-FZ "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" **.

1.2. Issue work permits to the foreign citizens who did not sign the employment contract or the civil contract for performance of works (rendering services) *** for the term of no more than ninety days.

2. Determine that:

2.1. In case of employment of the foreign citizen and representation it in territorial authority of FMS of Russia of the signed agreement, to it prolongs stay term according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Federal Law and the work permit on effective period of the signed agreement, but no more than for one year estimated from the date of entrance on the territory of the Russian Federation is at the same time drawn up.

2.2. In the presence the foreign citizen to the conclusion has agreements of the work permit for a period of up to 90 days repeatedly the work permit, the stipulated in Item 2.1 presents of the order, to it is issued without quota.

2.3. The state fee established by the legislation of the Russian Federation is paid for issue to the foreign citizen of work permits.
