Section I. General provisions

1. The regulations on activities of the Commission on monitoring of respect for human rights in the organizations providing content of persons under guards (further - the Provision) regulate procedure for the organization of the Commission, the procedure of creation and procedure for its activities.

2. The concepts used in this Provision mean:

monitoring - set of the actions directed to check, observation, assessment and informing society on conditions of keeping of prisoners and procedure for the treatment of them in the organizations providing content of persons under guards;
