According to Chapters 6, of 21, of 26, and for the purpose of assistance to increase in transit transportations of goods by rail through the territory of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: 27 Customs codes of the Republic of Belarus
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of customs clearance and customs control of the goods moved with railway transport en route through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of staff of customs.
3. RUP "Beltamozhservice" (Gayshun A. A.) provide publication of this resolution in the Customs Bulletin magazine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its inclusion in the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Goshin V. A.
