1. Determine that if acts of the customs legislation do not establish other, placement of goods in the customs control zone (except for customs control zones of Items of import and export) proves to be true by representation to customs authority of one of the following documents:

notifications on placement of goods in the customs control zone in form according to appendix to this resolution;

the original and the copy of leaf of the notification on arrival of load of the rail waybill according to appendices 12.1 and 12.2 to paragraph 1 of article 7 of the Agreement on the international railway freight traffic of November 1, 1951 when moving goods by rail;

the general declaration or the load sheet according to Additions 1 and 3 to international standards and Recommended practice according to appendix 9 to the Convention on international civil aviation of December 7, 1944, and in case of their absence - other transport documents (delivery notes) accompanying goods when moving goods by air transport.
