About procedure for creation of the unitary enterprises, organizations which property is in republican property, their reorganization and liquidation and recognition voided some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of single questions of management of the republican unitary enterprises, organizations which property is in property of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for creation of the unitary enterprises, organizations which property is in republican property, their reorganization and liquidation.

2. Determine that republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus - founders of the unitary enterprises and organizations, and in cases, stipulated by the legislation, departments of the ministries (the state committees) concerning the unitary enterprises and organizations performing activities for which these departments, and also the scientific organizations created in the form of organizations and the institutions of higher education, organizations of additional education of adults, the organizations realizing the educational programs of postgraduate education created in the form of organizations which according to constituent documents are granted the right to perform the activities which are bringing in incomes concerning the unitary enterprises created by them, organizations, using results of intellectual activities (these results providing use) are authorized to be responsible belonging to these organizations, approve charters of the unitary enterprises, organizations and make to them changes and additions.

State registration of the unitary enterprises, organizations which property is in republican property is performed according to the legal acts regulating questions of state registration and liquidation (activities termination) of subjects of managing.

3. Recommend to local executive and administrative organs to make the similar decisions regulating procedure for creation, reorganization and liquidation of municipal unitary enterprises and organizations.
