About approval of the Instruction about procedure for accomplishment of administrative punishment in the form of social jobs

According to the subitem 72 of Item 2 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 N 586-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on enhancement of regulation of the relations in the field of traffic safety" and for the purpose of determination of procedure for accomplishment of administrative punishment in the form of social jobs I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for accomplishment of administrative punishment in the form of social jobs (further - the Instruction) which is attached.

2. To provide to chiefs of territorial authorities of management of State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments (further - Department) studying of provisions of this Instruction by personnel of criminal and executive inspectorate and the organization of accomplishment by bodies of criminal and executive inspectorate of administrative punishment in the form of social jobs.

3. To submit to management of criminal and executive inspection of Department this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Department Kalashnik N. G.
