According to the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning ensuring effective use of energy resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 3, 2006 N 412, and in pursuance of Item 13 of the List of priorities of activities of the central executive bodies for 2008 (appendix to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2008 of N 423-p) regarding creation of system of economic motivation of increase in efficiency of use of energy resources I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure of payments and expenditures of income gained by subjects of managing on production of electrical and/or heat energy regarding got by implementation due to the involved investments of energy saving (energy efficient) actions and summary energy efficient projects of expense reduction of fuel and energy resources which is applied.

2. To submit to department of normative legal support (Small M.V.) this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
