According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 N 785 "About approval of the Payment procedure of monetary compensation of cost of sanatorium treatment" (with changes) and of February 7, 2007 "Aboutapproval of the Payment procedure by some categorycompensation N 150 instead of the sanatorium permit and cost of independent sanatorium treatment" I ORDER to some categories of citizens:

Establish within amount of the budgetary funds allocated according to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009":

1) average cost of the permit for payment of monetary compensation instead of the sanatorium permit in the amount:

to disabled veterans of I and II groups - 260, 0 hryvnias;

to disabled veterans of III group - 195, 0 hryvnias;

2) average cost of the permit for payment of monetary compensation instead of the sanatorium permit and for independent treatment to some categories of disabled people except persons whose disability is connected with effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the disabled veterans, disabled people specified in article 6-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" and handicapped children in the amount:

to disabled people of I and II groups - 195, 0 hryvnias;

to disabled people of III group - 130, 0 hryvnias.
