1. Approve the Procedure for transfer to scientific years of service which grant the right to award of pension and payment of the monetary assistance in case of retirement according to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", operating time of scientific (scientific and pedagogical) workers in scientific institutions, the organizations, higher educational institutions III-IV of levels of accreditation of non-state pattern of ownership which is applied.
2. To provide to the director of the department of scientific technology development of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Svizhenko V. O.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
