About release of treasury obligations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To the Ministry of Finance:

perform release of treasury obligations to bearer in documentary form with circulation period of 12 months, nominal value of 500 hryvnias, different series. Total nominal value of each series makes 200 million hryvnias;

provide in the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year of means, necessary for servicing and repayment of treasury obligations;

provide in accordance with the established procedure production of forms of certificates of treasury obligations and printed advertizing materials for assistance to placement of treasury obligations.

2. Approve Conditions of placement and repayment of treasury obligations which are applied.

3. Take into consideration that the general agent of placement, deliveries, collections, servicing of the address, repayment and destruction of treasury obligations the "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" open joint stock company is (further - Sberbank).

To the Ministry of Finance during the conclusion with Sberbank of the relevant agreement to provide remuneration of Sberbank:

for accomplishment of functions of placement, collection, servicing, the address, repayment and destruction of treasury obligations in the amount of 1 percent of nominal cost of the realized treasury obligations;

on covering of its expenses for delivery of forms of treasury obligations in the amount of 0,2 of percent of nominal cost of treasury obligations which are subject to placement.

4. Recommend to National Bank:

approve in coordination with the Ministry of Finance procedure for delivery and collection of forms of certificates of treasury obligations and coupons to them;

provide free issue of cash of Sberbank for repayment of treasury obligations and payment of the income for them.
