About Single requirements to additional training on professional competence of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS

The economic council of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve the Single requirements to additional training on professional competence of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS provided by Council for road transport of the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the CIS and considered by the Commission on economic problems.

2. Charge to competent authorities of the State Parties of the CIS to perform in the field of additional training of the international automobile carriers coordination of activities in this sphere taking into account provisions of the specified Single requirements and on their basis to develop single training programs.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Single requirements to additional training on professional competence of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS

INTRODUCTION

Single requirements determine minimum of contents of programs of additional training on the professional competence of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS representing ownership of set of knowledge, skills and experience necessary for the organization of the international motor transportations.

All range of questions which knowledge is necessary for the international automobile carriers for receipt of the standard certificates granted by competent authorities of the State Parties of the CIS in the field of additional training of the international automobile carriers after training and passing qualification examination is reflected in the document.

Single requirements to additional training on professional competence of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS are developed on the basis of appendix 1 to the Agreement on harmonization of requirements to additional training and professional competence of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS of the November 24, 2006 which is its integral part (the recommended List of single requirements to additional training on professional competence), and also taking into account the international experiment and directives of the EU on the admission to profession and experience of long-term work of training centers of associations of the international haulers of the State Parties of the CIS.

Single requirements are constructed by the principle of modules, high-quality assimilation of information on each of which will allow to increase professional, general education and cultural levels of the international automobile carriers of the State Parties of the CIS.

I. The program of additional training in the organization of transportations by road transport in the international message for specialists of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (at least 80 hours)
