About additional measures for stimulation of export of products in 2009

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2008 N UP-4058 "About the Program of Measures for Support of the Companies of Real Production Sector, Ensuring Their Stable Work and Increase in the Export Potential", and also for the purpose of creation of the mechanism of operational issue of import permits of products at the prices equal or below cost, in the conditions of fast changing of environment of the world prices:

1. Provide to the Republican commission on realization of economically insolvent companies to commercial banks (Mirziyoyev Sh. M.) the right of issue of the republic of permissions to the companies to export in 2009 self-produced goods for freely convertible currency at the prices equal or below cost, taking into account actually developing environment of the world prices for the exported goods, according to the procedure, established by this resolution.

2. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure for issue of import permits in 2009 of goods at the prices equal or below cost, taking into account actually developing environment of the world prices for export goods, according to appendix.

3. Determine what for the companies exporting in 2009 self-produced goods for freely convertible currency at the prices below cost independently or through foreign trade companies (associations) of the ministries, departments and economic associations, and also GAVK "Uzinterimpeks", GAVK "Uzmarkazimpeks", SAC "Uzprommashimpeks", GAVK "Markazsanoateksport", sales proceeds for the purposes of the taxation is determined proceeding from the actual sales price of export goods.
