1. Establish deadlines of transfer and delivery of departures of written correspondence, sending and postal money transfers (further - mailings):
between the regional centers of the Republic of Belarus - D+2;
between other settlements of the Republic of Belarus - D+3.
Terms of transfer of mailings include day of sending (D) plus quantity of the working days necessary for transfer and delivery to the addressee of the mailing or notice on receipt of the mailing taking into account limiting time of submission of the mailing and limiting arrival time of the vehicle to the destination.
The specified terms of transfer shall be maintained for 95 percent of the sent mailings.
