Based on Articles 10, 12 Laws of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 "About fight against corruption", for the purpose of determination of procedure for forming, maintaining and use of single databanks about condition of fight against corruption the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Approve the list of data on the corruption crimes and administrative offenses connected with corruption, transferred by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus to Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus from single national bank of data on offenses according to appendix.
2. Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1 creates and conducts single databanks about condition of fight against corruption;
2.2. performs acceptance, processing and the analysis of the data on the corruption crimes and administrative offenses connected with corruption transferred by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus;
2.3. ensures safety and information security, the fight against corruption containing in single databanks about condition, from unauthorized access, its use on office appointment;
2.4. provides to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus by written requests or by means of electronic communication channels of the data, containing in single databanks about condition of fight against corruption.
