For the purpose of execution of provisions of Item 3 of the Procedure for the forming and use of data on imported goods on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 11.03.2005 No. 123 "About measures for implementation of requirements of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic" and also increase in overall performance on control of customs value of the goods imported into the Kyrgyz Republic
I ORDER:
1. Approve Price information on the separate goods imported into the Kyrgyz Republic according to Appendix.
2. To legal department (Zakirov K.) in accordance with the established procedure to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the press service (Maldybayev A.) provide publication of this order in mass media and notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on publication source.
4. This order becomes effective after passing of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz republic, after 15 days from the date of official publication.
5. From the date of entry into force of this order to consider invalid:
- the order of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13.08.2008 No. 5-9/229 "About approval of price information", the registered in the Ministry of Justice on August 27, 2008, registration number 97-08;
- the order of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic of 09.09.2008 No. 5-9/268 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13.08.2008 No. 5-9/229 "About approval of price information", 27.08.2008 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic рег. No. 97-08", the registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2008, registration number 113-08.
6. To general department (Omurbekov D.) to bring this order to all interested persons.
