Approve the enclosed list of types of activity, performed by the preschool institutions, educational institutions, special facilities of education, organizations of out-of-school education and training financed from the budget, from which the income tax is paid by the organizations providing professional and secondary vocational education from the income proceeding from the actual results of work for the expired calendar year.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 459 "About approval of the list of types of activity, performed by the preschool institutions, educational institutions, special facilities of education, organizations of out-of-school education and training financed from republican or local budgets from the income from which the income tax is paid" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 80, 5/27411).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
