About procedure for maintaining and publication of the list of the terrorist organizations

According to part five of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2002 "About fight against terrorism" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. maintaining the list of the terrorist organizations in form according to appendix is performed by Committee for State Security based on decisions of the Supreme Court on recognition of the organizations by terrorist;

1.2. the organizations recognized by the decision of the Supreme Court terrorist are included in the list of the terrorist organizations in day of receipt of the copy of this decision in Committee for State Security;

1.3. the list of the terrorist organizations is subject to publication in newspapers "Respubl?", "The national newspaper" and Zvyazda. The specified newspapers publish the list of the terrorist organizations in 3-day time from the date of its receipt from Committee for State Security.

2. To Committee for State Security:

in 3-day time from the date of forming of the list of the terrorist organizations or entering of changes into it to send it for publication to the newspapers specified in subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of this resolution;

take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
