Form in the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus based on the State committee of financial investigations of the Republic of Belarus Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus (further - Department) with the rights of the legal entity.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

4.1. provide in 2001 financing of bodies of financial investigations within the means allocated for maintenance of the State committee of financial investigations of the Republic of Belarus;

4.2. in three-months time:

together with the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus to submit for consideration of the President of the Republic of Belarus offers on reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;

provide reduction of decisions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the republican state bodies subordinated to it in compliance with this Decree.
